those people who travel a lot
so, those people who travel a lot-you know, you probably have a friend on facebook or whatever. so their albums that all say “INDIA!” or “SOUTH AMERICA!” or even like “EVERYWHERE IN EUROPE!!” and they have pics of them in hostiles, and backpacking and shit—those travelers, you know?
I used to be super envious of their travels but I realized all their life-changing culture-shock “making buddies around the world” pictures are of them being sweaty and dirty and wearing sweatshirts and probably capris and a sneaker of sort.
well I don’t envy them anymore. if I am going to travel, I’m going in style. I’m going to look damn fly and there will never be a picture of me sweating in a sweatshirt in a rainforest next to a bug as big as my face. I’m not jealous of that, I am too vain for backpacking, ya’ll.
see you in Hong Kong on top of a fancy hotel wearing heels and holding a cocktail, bitches. that’s what my facebook pictures are going to look like, you smelly well-traveled hippies. I’ll give you a photo worth being envious of my future travels. no one is dazzled about a yoga pant wearing person smiling in a hut with a headband.
